Why do we estimate 10M people with parkinsons´s (pwp) globally, but see so few? Could it be that they fear discrimination if they reveal their diagnose?
Vint Cerf, father of the internet, is clear on this. There is widespread discrimination, and we have to fight it daily. We would all benefit if we made less assumptions, and rather asked how we could help our colleagues function at 100% in their job.
To assist a colleague with parkinson´s or another chronic disease is simply good business sense.
